2. Pay attention to the phase difference when connecting to the site power supply, and the large pump cannot be reversed.
3. During work, you should monitor electrical instruments at all times and listen to the sounds of various moving parts. If there is a sudden abnormal sound, you should stop the machine for inspection. Do not allow the equipment to be operated while it is sick, and do not loosen fasteners.
4. When operating the hydraulic handle, operate it slowly first and then quickly. If you operate it too fast, it will damage the equipment and cause danger.
5. The drilling speed changes according to the formation changes, depending on the water output of the virtual pump. At the same time, it is necessary to control the specific gravity of the mud and drill slowly within the rated current range.
6. Check the oil pipes and joints frequently for oil leakage. The fuel tank is short of oil. If there is a lack of oil, the cylinder will crawl.
7. If the drilling rig is out of service for a long time, all oil cylinders should be retracted or wrapped in anti-rust oil to prevent rust and damage.
8. When the cumulative footage of the positive circulation drilling rig reaches five thousand meters, maintenance and repairs should be carried out.
